We accomplish more with less. Constraints breed resourcefulness and self-sufficiency.

Let’s cut the crap and get right to the core of the final Guiding Star. Anyone that has ever owned or managed a company would like to accomplish more with less. They want their teams to get more done, to be resourceful, to get the message to Garcia. 😊

How does it start? One word – autonomy. The on-boarding, training, education, etc. that Polaris provides to new team members is all in place to ensure that the end result is their ability to operate, and excel, autonomously. This word, meaning independence or freedom from external control, gives agency to each team member to find ways to be successful in their role.

For those that have never experienced this culture in a workplace, individuals that have proved their ability to work autonomously are the same individuals that pride themselves in their work. The same individuals who hold themselves accountable and earn more for their accomplishments. And perhaps most importantly, the individuals who are motivated to do more with less.

Not only does this Guiding Star aid us in leading team members to their full potential, but it is also a reminder that we have been trusted by our Landlord Clients to manage their properties and maximize the amount of revenue it earns for them. Managing rental properties wouldn’t be so difficult if Landlords had all the excess cash in the world to dump into their properties.

The true value of a property management company is that we have the experience in decision making and problem solving to produce the greatest return possible for our Clients, without it costing them an arm and a leg. They don’t want to spend exorbitant amounts of cash to do that themselves, that’s why they hired us!
