One of the biggest struggles of Landlords and Property Owners is achieving a smooth transition between tenants to keep that cash flow consistent.

There are many ways to get ahead of this, such as asking if the tenant wants to renew 90 days prior to the lease ending. This results in a win-win situation: you either keep a great tenant or, if not, you’ve now given yourself plenty of time to advertise your rental and also research the market to determine if the rent may be increased.
